This fun, five day camp in Avalon, New Jersey is designed to encourage and develop young performers in the aspects of musical theater. During the week, the participants will expand their singing, dancing and acting skills. On the final day, campers will perform for parents and friends! The only requirements are a pair of sneakers and a great attitude!
Broadway at the Beach Participants Broadway at the Beach is an opportunity for children ages 8 to 16 to explore, develop and discover the joy of musical theater. Cost for the five day camp experience is $185 per child which includes a Broadway at the Beach tee shirt and the chance to meet new friends (sibling discounts available).

Broadway at the Beach Directors Christine Trafford and Robin Zirolli Hazlett are music teachers who taught together in the Upper Darby, Pa. School District and have worked on productions such as “Annie”, Wizard of Oz”, “Willy Wonka” and many more! Mrs. Hazlett spent six summers with the Upper Darby “Summer Stage” program and has directed the school musical at Drexel Hill Middle School with over 150 cast members each year. Mrs. Trafford ran and assisted with the choreography at the Schuylkill Elementary School Talent Show in Phoenixville, Pa. As the mother of three young girls, she wanted to extend her love of children and musical theater to a casual and fun “beach/vacation” setting.
